Merchandise:
Returns must be made within 30 days for a refund. Returns made after 30 days will receive a merchandise credit (gift card). A copy of the original order or invoice is required for refund. ID is required for in-store returns. All refunds will be made by original method of payment. Due to data privacy laws, we do NOT keep record of your credit/debit card number. Please include a daytime and evening phone number with your return. Refunds by check take up to 15 days to process. All returned merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging and instructions.

Cooking Classes:
All cooking class sales are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place or contact us to see if we have a waiting list. If we have a waiting list, we will TRY to sell the space for you. We do NOT guarantee that we will be able to sell it.
